	BW7-2 SOLD	$130.00	February 19, 1944 registered airmail cover from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan to Maurituis in the Indian Ocean. Cover traveled from Saskatoon to Ottawa, then to Montreal and then to Miami, Florida, where it was backstamped February 22. Cover arrived in Maurituis May 20, 1944 where it was backstamped at the General Post Office. The 85 cent comprises 75 cents postage and 10 cents registration fee. This is a very scarce World War 2 destination from Canada. Excellant condition.

Diamond shaped "Not Opened By Censor 17" handstamp on front. Some minor toning to the stamps & some creasing at edges. Stil an attractive cover & a very scarce rate. Wonderful exhibition item.
	BW7-24	$120.00	World War 2 Prisoner of War airmail letter sent from Camp 30 at Bowmanville, Ontario to Germany. Has a "Base A.P.O. Canada Ap 13 ' 43 CDS (#M9-2 with RF "D") & also a "BASE A.P.O. CANADA APR 13 1943" machine cancel that is not in "Bailey & Toop". Straight line "Examined by censor DB 583" handstamp on front plus a German Ab circular censor mark on front as well as same mark on back tieing a plain brown re-sealing tape to the lettersheet. Small inch & a half tear to the back flap, probably from opening. Otherwise great condition.

A "Canada Parcel Post Fragile" sticker with the word "Parcel" crossed out has been attached to the bottom of the envelope. Rate is 1 cent overpaid. Cover has some creases at top.

	BW7-31	$120.00	March 13, 1947 air letter sheet from Port Arthur, Ontario to British North Borneo. A nice group of George VI war issues used to pay the 15 cent air letter rate. A very scarce destination and rate.
	BW7-35	$100.00	February 23, 1931 airmail cover from Windsor, Ontario to Paris, France. 5 cent postage paid with C1. Rate was 10 cents for air to New York and then onward by sea, so cover rated 20 centimes due. Two 10 centime France postage due stamps added. Cover opened at left and re-sealed with French "Postes Et Telegraph" tape. Some creases and a repaired tear middle top.
	BW7-37	$240.00	C1, 148 pay the 15 cents airmail postage and 10 cents registration fee on this registered postcard from Halifax August 20, 1930. Card went by train to Moncton, then by air to Montreal. Has an endorsement S.S. Grefeld, Bremen so card was flown to New York. Has a Chemnitz September 2 received. Card is pictured on page 75 in the "Air Mails of Canada 1925-1939" by Arfken & Plomish. A scarce item.

Two 1934 Christmas seals tied to back of cover. Some minor toning to stamps, but still an interesting and attractive cover.

	BW7-46 SOLD	$215.00	O262, O257x8 4-hole OHMS perfins on a 10.5 inch x 7.5 inch Department Of National War Service official cover from Ottawa to the Red Cross in Geneva, Switzerland. Dates on front can not be read, but there is a Lisbon, Portugal 16 February 1943 transit CDS on the back. 2 straight line Canadian censor handstamps on the front & that's it. No German censor marks. Probably held a bulk mailing of POW mail. A great cover for the war issue collector. Some minor creases at edges as is to be expected. Also one small tear at bottom just below censor handstamp.
